Q: How do I know what size jacket to buy for my child?
Please view our size chart for proper sizing tips. We recommend measuring your child’s chest and height for the best fit.
Q: How is the Konfidence Jacket™ different from water wings?
The Konfidence Jacket™ is designed to put your child in a proper swim position (slightly forward with hips up). This position allows your child to kick with fully extended legs and to utilize arms while being supported by the jacket. The jacket encourages water confidence at any age. The jacket contains eight removable floats so as your child gains confidence in the water you may slowly remove the floats.
Q: How do I care for your products?
Konfidence Jacket: We recommend rinsing the jacket in clean (non-chlorinated water) after each use and allow to hang dry out of direct sunlight.
Babywarma™ and wetsuits: We recommend washing on gentle cycle and hang dry.
UV apparel: Wash on gentle cycle and hang dry.
Q: What if I bought the wrong size?
Konfidence USA has a very easy return policy. Just send the item back to us (we do require all tags to be attached and product to be in new condition) with a copy of your packing slip. Please make note of size/color you need for exchange. We do not charge a re-stocking fee, we do not charge to re-ship the order to you. Please keep all tags attached to the product until you are confident you have the correct size.
