Every year more than 900 children in the USA under the age of 14 die from drowning. Drowning is second highest cause of injury related death for children. At Konfidence we believe strongly that the best prevention to children drowning is learning to swim at a young age. 9 out of 10 children who drown were supervised at the time.
If you are a parent please introduce your child to the water at a young age. Research shows that children exposed to water activities at a young age are more successful at learning to swim.
