Learning to Swim With Konfidence

 

For many people learning to swim can be a frustrating or even frightening experience. The Original Konfidence Jacket™ takes the fear out of learning to swim. It helps children and adults feel safe and comfortable in the water so they can concentrate on their lessons.


The Konfidence Jacket helps keep the user in the correct position for learning to swim. Because the buoyancy is removable the instructor or user is able to change the level of assistance as they become more proficient in the water. The arm holes are cut in a way that allows for full extension during strokes.

Konfidence believes that it is critical for children to be exposed to swimming at an early age. You will find Konfidence products that keep children warm in the water (Baby Wetsuits and Child Wetsuits), protect them from the sun's rays (UV Swimwear), and provide buoyancy (Buoyancy Aids) to make swimming a fun experience.

“My ten year old son has Down Syndrome and is on the Autism spectrum. One of his absolute favorite activities is swimming, but he isn't quite skilled enough yet for us to let him swim on his own without some sort of flotation device. As he got bigger, we were finding it increasingly difficult to find a swim vest that fit him. The Konfidence vest is perfect!
